The beach is beautiful and private (although no pink sand, truth be told we didn’t see any pink sand anywhere in Bermuda). The staff was friendly and helpful, like almost everyone we met in Bermuda. We loved it!

We loved our stay at Coco Reef, the beachside room was wonderful with quick access to the beach. The folks at the inside bar and beach bar were great! Very nice trip, just too short!

Great ocean-front location. Wonderful, helpful, friendly staff in all areas of hotel operations. TV system in room was not usable despite several attempts to manipulate controllers. WiFi / Internet service was spotty at best.

This is the perfect resort for relaxing without an agenda. Ocean views are gorgeous, property well maintained with beautiful flowers, beach is incredible. Restaurant food is very good also. Staff helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location. The staff were very warm, welcoming & very helpful. My room was clean if a little dated. The bed was very comfortable. I would recommend getting the breakfast meal plan. At 32.00 a day it was a great deal & the food was very good. The beach was wonderful & it was nice having a beach bar for drinks & lunch. I would definitely go back to Coco Reef

The property is little older but well maintained and clean. The beach is absolutely beautiful and the pool is clean and well maintained. There were always pleanty of chairs and privacy. Advantage of traveling in September!

Overall the property was lovely.Rooms, clean and comfortable,staff veryhelpful and friendly.Beach clean and well maintianed. The onsite restuarant was somewhat limited in it's lunch and dinner selections. It would be nice if the rooms had a mircowave so we could use up dinner leftovers.

The highlight of this property is its beach location. Magnificent pink sand beach and gorgeous water views. Convenient beach bar and grille. Wonderful main restaurant with great food and exceptional restaurant staff. The deficiencies are the property buildings are old and appear in need of repair. Walls are cracked, paint peeling and general appearance of being in need of repairs.

I had a very pleasant stay, staff is wonderful and would do anything to make you feel good, the location is amazing with direct access to the beach and even a bar next to the beach. Ocean view from the rooms makes it even better. Facilities were clean and in good condition. Tennis court available. Definitely coming back.

the staff and the property was beautiful. However air condition filter was filthy, my shower was not drain the first night, yes management fixed the shower drain. My hotel door was not completely sealed once you closed the door. Bugs could get in.
