"Lovely hotel, very friendly staff, nothing too much trouble for them, only concerned with our comfort. Absolutely amazing!!! Food served to very high standard, breakfast couldn’t have been better at a 5 star hotel and the Redcliffe hotel actually runs to 5 Star standards, satisfying their customers needs and to top it all, an indoor spa!! Come and stay here comfort absolutely. guaranteed. We have rebooked. Thank you to Amanda and staff for a lovely stay see you all again end of May"

"The welcome when I arrived at the Mercure was so lovely. The staff who checked me in, an earlier let me drop my bag were so friendly and accomodating which was so appreciated after I'd had at a different venue the previous night. The room was so comfortable and I had such a great night sleep. "
