"This house was perfect for our stay. We have a member of our family with celiac disease, so we prepared most of our meals at home. The kitchen was perfectly suited for our meals and the grill was outstanding. The rooms were spacious and the furniture so comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt very safe in our surroundings. We could even walk to the beach if desired. Overall, we loved every minute of our stay!"

"John was an excellent host, he responded quickly to questions and we had everything we needed and more. The home and neighborhood are pristine. The pool and beautiful landscaping made for an excellent bonus as we enjoyed our coffee in the morning and swimming with the kids in the evening. All bedrooms have excellent A/C, the covered drive-thru driveway was awesome for close loading and unloading of luggage, plus it rained often and we could still access the vehicles without getting wet. "This was a great rental, it’s so nice to just walk to the beaches and not deal with parking. The pool and hot tub were huge for the kids getting as much water time as possible. The place is certainly a bit dated, (that’s why it’s not 2000/night) but is clean and nice, definitely well cared for. Karl the property manager was great to communicate with and helped us out a lot. "
