Captain Cook Monument Tours

There were fruit flies in my room during my entire five day stay. The owner of the room did not leave a phone number so that I can contact them regarding the issue. I was never given an email with the owners information. I asked the front desk and they said I should’ve received an email but I did not. The room needed to be painted and the bathroom shower faucet kept dripping. The doors covering the sliding doors would not open fully so my view of the mountain was blocked. There was only one microwave for the entire hotel so I had to walk from one building to another. There was not enough lights in the room and the overhead lighting had a busted bulb. The bathroom fan did not work.

An amazing place to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The staff and amenities were amazing. The view from our room was breathtaking. Would highly recommend!!

The resort was outstanding. Complain I have that it was still in an understandable state of this way due to the recent hurricane. The Jim and the restaurant we are available to Storm and I was going in otherwise the staff was outstanding
