Very nice hotel in the Old City with a wonderful breakfast.

This is an amazing hotel with gorgeous rooms and wonderful stuff. Loved it!

Very central for visiting the Old Town attractions. A wide variety of eating places on hotel doorstop, including Medieval Dining Experience. There is no lift and breakfast is served in the basement. Not a good option if mobility restricted or elderly or with kids.

There were bugs in our rooms. The rooms, we needed three, did not look anything as represented in the pictures. There were no amenities or staff at this hotel. Many of the pictures are from a hotel that is owned by the same company. I would not allow my enemy to stay at this hotel. It truly was that bad. It is a hotel that should be rented by the hour. I walked out with my family and returned the key to the hotel down the street, where we had to pickup the keys. I immediately booked a clean hotel to stay in. I was not given a refund from the hotel even though I did not feel safe there, it was unclean (bugs) and one room smelled like urine and had stains on the wall, another room was unable to open the window with no AC but there was a small fan that would blow bugs and hot air around and it was misrepresented. This hotel is a scam. The positive reviews must be fake. There is no other reason for the misrepresentations.

Clean room, amenities, staff were pleasant, location is great for buses and trams, kiosk just around the corner for bus passes, 15 min walk from ferry
