Room is clean, air conditioning is very good in the desert hot weather. Staffs working in the hotel is very friendly with very good communication. Price is reasonable with breakfast included. I will book again if there is a chance in the future.

Everything was great, staff, location, clean, spacious. Kitchen was great. Only gripe was the mini split AC felt rather weak. It did seem like it struggled maintaining <76, when it was set to 61f and took quite some time to get the room cooled down. It is very hot in Palm springs 110+ with nights being in the 90s so I'd imagine most ACs struggle with heat exchanging on the outside fan.

Air conditioning was excellent. The pools and hot tubs were just right. The only thing we can criticize about the room was that I requested a wheelchair accessible room. We were on the ground floor but the room had a threshold that my power chair couldn't cross. Fortunately, I'm able to take a few steps so I got out and lifted the wheels over the threshold. The bathroom was not ADA compliant, with no grab bars in the bathtub or near the toilet. The toilet was not ADA height. Nonambulatory wheelchair users would need a roll-on shower, not a tub. Staff was great! The vending machine charged my credit card multiple times without dispensing the items I selected, for a total cost of about $24 (probably not the inn's fault but I mention it anyway). We've stayed here several times over the years and always enjoy our stays.
