“Beautiful spacious villa. Natural air flow. Stunning ocean view.”

“The good: This is an excellent hotel with spectacular views, friendly staff, and a zen atmosphere. The bad: There is 1.8 KM of unpaved steep rocky road before you get to the gate and another kilometer before getting to the property. This is bad enough that we decided to give up 2 prepaid nights and leave early despite having a 2WD SUV (To their credit, hotel credit us for our incidentals, which accounted for part of the nightly rate). I highly recommend this hotel as long as you have known brand……

We were even visited by a pair of inquisitive toucans. The rooms are huge - clean and a bed with bedding more comfortable than home. Everything has been perfectly considered - design and integration of technology (most notably the lighting and sound systems). “Notre séjour à Hotel Alma de Ojochal a été absolument magique. Dès notre arrivée, Ana, la responsable, nous a accueillis avec une grande gentillesse et beaucoup de professionnalisme. Elle est attentionnée, disponible et veille à chaque détail pour que l’expérience soit parfaite. L’hôtel est petit, intimiste et plein de charme. “This was the perfect place to spend our honeymoon! The view is absolutely breathtaking in person, with the most diverse species of birds singing beautiful songs and flying all around the area. The suite was extremely clean and the pool was completely private, just for our unit. It was great to have AC and private parking. “This property is beautiful, tasteful, understated and in the jungle. It is small and intimate with only a few villas and attentive hosts. Villas are not large but are well appointed and very clean and comfortable. This place is a real find. Our stay was great in every way. ”
