This is a duplex, with a wonderful long term tenant next door. There is a full sized kitchen with all the necessities to make home cooked meals and a lighted back porch with a grill for your use. We are minutes away from the gas station and coffee shop and about 10 minutes from Hatcher Pass. We had a little hiccup with our reservation and Stephanie quickly handled all of the details and went above and beyond. The house is amazing!! Loved having a master bath and laundry. It is centrally located to attractions in Palmer, Wasilla, Hatcher Pass, and the Mat-Su Valley. It is an easy drive to Anchorage and Willow where we saw the Iditarod, as well as Talkeetna. It was clean and modern. The only issue was a set of bunk beds that were very much meant for children rather than any adult.
