This low-density complex features just 6 floors and no parking garage, making loading and unloading a breeze. Both elevators and stairs are available for your convenience. \*\*\*Please Note: Beginning September 2025, Mariner West will undergo exterior construction projects. While no work will be done inside the unit, crews may need occasional access to the balcony. Guests should expect construction noise, temporary balcony closures, and periods of heavy dust during the project. While we do not anticipate pool closures, there is a possibility the pool could be closed at times, though we will not know until it happens. Completion dates are not guaranteed, as delays may occur. We value transparency and want our guests to be fully informed before booking. The Little Pearl is a 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom beachfront condo on the 3rd floor, accommodating up to 6 guests. Located directly on the beach, it offers one of the largest 1-bedroom, 2-bath units in the area, with a private balcony that provides stunning views of the sugar-white sands and breathtaking sunsets. Many of our repeat guests have been coming back for years. To make this easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it's a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots. Additional Information: \-Guests must be 21 years of age or older to rent The Little Pearl and are required to email a photo ID at the time of booking. The guest making the reservation must also be present for the duration of the stay. \-A signed rental agreement and full payment are required to confirm your reservation. Arrival information will not be released until both requirements are completed. Once all requirements have been met, your door code will be provided through the Happy Guest platform at 12:00 PM CST on your arrival day. Additional property details will become available after the rental agreement has been signed and a valid ID has been submitted. \-(1) Parking pass and up to (6) armbands will be provided in the unit upon arrival. The rental includes 1 parking pass. If you should need a second parking pass, they are $25 each. We can only allow 2 parking passes per stay. The second parking pass must be requested & paid for prior to arrival. \-Third party bookings are NOT allowed. \-Trailers are NOT allowed to park in the complex. \-No smoking or vaping, no pets, nor any events allowed. \-Check-in is anytime after 4 PM Central Time. You may request an early arrival for an additional fee; however, please note that it is not guaranteed, as it depends on the availability of the unit after morning check-outs and the cleaning & inspection schedule. If you require an early arrival, you may consider booking for the night prior. \-Check-out is strictly at 10 AM Central Time. Any departure after this time will result in an additional fee. \-Quiet hours are 10pm to 7am per the Bay County Noise Ordinance \-Please understand that Florida's natural environment includes bugs, insects, ants, mosquitoes, and spiders. We perform regular interior and exterior pest control, but keeping doors, windows, and sliders closed will help prevent entry. No refunds will be issued for sightings of bugs or wildlife in or around the property. \-Supplies: We provide a starter pack of supplies, including 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 trash bag per trash can, and 1 small bottle of dish soap, to get you started. For additional supplies, there are nearby stores. Reviewer Comments: Loved the small & quaint condo complex as we didn’t want to stay in a large high rise. It was clean, well maintained & the elevator was always working. By not visiting during peak season we didn’t have to put up with large crowds or a lot of traffic. The location was great. The balcony view was heavenly & just a few steps to the beach which they cleaned every morning!! Although I was very worried because I had to send an email requesting my check-in info while we were on the way to PCB, we did receive a prompt detailed response. Overall, the condo could use a thorough cleaning but there is nothing so overwhelming that would make me not want to stay here again & yes, I would recommend it to others. ##### Bergie I. Loved the 3rd floor and beach balcony view, it was perfect. The building was not a high rise so we never had to wait on the elevator which was always working. Our condo was nice but it does needs a very good deep cleaning and not just a surface cleaning for in between renters. Nothing that would make me say I wouldn’t stay there again but it’s something that needs to be done. This room was great for our family of six. Overall, the property was clean and the staff friendly. While PCB was more crowded than during our past visits, the beach in front of this property was not--we had plenty of space to enjoy the beautiful ocean and views!
