This beautifully decorated and well maintained 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo provides breathtaking, panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico and the Panama City beaches. This unit has everything you and your family will need to make your vacation a really special one. This fantastic condo has an extremely well-stocked kitchen, plenty of dining space for everyone in the family, tile floors throughout the home, a stackable washer and dryer in dedicated laundry room and tons of natural lighting. This unit provides awesome Gulf Views from the kitchen, dining and living room, and from the absolutely gorgeous gulf front King master bedroom. Key Information: NO SMOKING! Pets are not permitted at this vacation rental. Situated on the 26th floor. \*Tidewater Resort Fee for 2-bedroom unit: $48 + tax +credit card fee Total $54.04 and includes up to 2 parking passes and up to 8 wristbands. Wristbands required for all occupants over age 12\. You must register online and pay for parking and wristbands for your stay. That's great. But keep in mind that this is on the 26th floor and I totally miss that and that was my fault. The elevators were the worst part. It would literally take 15 minutes to wait for an elevator and they were so hot and muggy in there. The other thing is on our second day the fire alarm was pulled. We were escorted from the pool. However, my mother that was on the 26th floor heard no alarms so I called her to walk down the stairs. Only when the fire firefighter said somebody pulled the alarm by accident. Security was a joke it was not organised as far as an exit plan for The alarm going off or if there it was an actual fire. Check-in was okay. I would probably have the front desk. Maybe be a little bit more friendly. She just looked like she did not want to be here and assist. Other than those few things, the place was beautiful. I love the stores at the bottom, it was great. I would probably fix a few things for sure. That's why my ratings are a 2\. Not so much with the location or anything like that.
