The beach was so close to the steps. The parking spot we had was right by the pool and access to the beach so we could leave all the stuff in the truck and just get it in the way down. We loved the inside of the condo too. The elevators were fast. We never had to wait! We had a tiny issue with the parking for a min but the guy in charge took immediate action but the people ended up leaving. We had a great time. It is 10 quick minutes from shopping and groceries are a quick 2 minutes tops. We very much appreciated the rental beach chairs and extra beach gear. Our 18 yr old granddaughter and friend complimented the comfortable guest beds and large guest bath. We all loved the close proximity of the building to the water, easy parking and the huge balcony. Greta’s is one of the best rental companies we’ve dealt with. Tropic Winds staff was friendly and easy to find if needed. Our best to the owners! ##### Deborah S. He graciously transferred us to a property that was bigger than our original booking with no extra charge. Great service and the property is gorgeous. Upon checking in we found that it matching descriptions & photos 100%! This unit is updated and superb clean. Corner location makes the views breathtaking especially when sunset. Guys that running beach chair service are very accommodating and helpful. #809 Tropic winds is the RIGHT place for a few days getaway or extended stay. Thanks to Greta & her team! We had an awesome stay! This condo was perfect for our family. It has a very spacious balcony, spacious bedrooms, a laundry room, and the indoor/outdoor pool was great for our little one. The walk to the beach was the easiest! Beds were very comfortable. We have no complaints! I would definitely recommend this place!
