Your rental includes a seasonal set of beach chairs and an umbrella (March–October).

Great for families

The rental was exactly as pictured! It was very clean and beautiful. We had two adults, an 8 year old and a 1 year old and we had plenty of space. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Excellent stay!

This condominium was PERFECT! We had 4 children with us and adults. I couldn’t have asked for any better. The room in the condo was perfect. We enjoyed family time and playing games, cooking, and watching TV! The Mason’s were wonderful with answering any questions we had! I highly recommend this condo and we will definitely be staying there again next year!

Some glows and grows from our stay:

GLOWS The location of this property is prime…. In between the yummy Thomas’ Donuts and Mike’s Oyster Bar. We walked to both during our stay. The property is directly on the beach and two beach chairs and an umbrella were provided, which was an added bonus! The sunsets from the balcony are to die for! The condo was spacious- there was enough room for 2 families with 2 kids without anyone feeling like we were on top of each other. The linens and towels were very clean. GROWS The condo could use a deep clean or a new cleaning company. It didn’t appear that the floors had been mopped in a while- our littles feet were black within an hour of being there. The counter looked as though it hadn’t been wiped down. Our Lysol wipe was quite dirty after cleaning it off. There was quite a layer of dust on many of the cabinets, lamps, and tables. The couch and upholstered chair have quite a few stains and could use a cleaning. Not a huge deal, but the dishwasher also wasn’t emptied before we arrived. One of the bathrooms didn’t have a full roll of toilet paper upon arrival, and we ran out the first day. An extra roll wasn’t provided, so we had to make a Wal Mart run. I did email the owner about some of the cleanliness the first day but didn’t receive a response.

Great Condo

We stay at this unit this past weekend with 4 adults and one 4 year old. The unit was excellent! It was very spacious, roomy and clean. The balcony was so nice and the view was wonderful! The beds were comfortable. The refrigerator took a while to get cold after putting our groceries up but didn’t give us any problems after that. It’s a wonderful 2 king suite unit with plenty of room. We loved it.

Great complex

All went well. Condo as described. Did have an issue with the code getting in the door. We did enter the code as instructed and tried to reach the home owner for about 20 mins and finally got in. We did not enter prior to check in. Would stay again

It was great place only thing I could recommend was it needs a ramp to the side of steps for families to take wagons down instead of trying to get down steps!

Great for little kids

Awesome stay for adults and our youngest (4 and 6). The middle teens (14, 18, 19) struggled a little. Love Alvin's Island across the street and staying on a lower level is KEY to fighting the elevator struggles.

Check in was very easy… arrived later than check in so went down the next morning and paid for parking and got pool passes… condo was just ok…not very clean ( no i didn’t report) should have been done first time. bathroom sink backed up.. maintenance fixed promptly.. dishwasher broken reported on day 2 when it was discovered and owner did not respond but maintenance came on day 5 and said “yeah there’s no power to it, they will have to buy a new one… owner responded morning of check out and said “had to order new dishwasher”. Resort overall needs an update.. pictures on line are definitely not what you should expect to see… nobody follows rules at splash pad/ pool areas and staff do nothing about it…beach access was good, beach chairs good, umbrellas were broken and rusted… 1 set was provided but we needed 2 and it was 60 for a day for rental of 2 chairs and a broken umbrella.

It’s the Beach!! Mostly positive feedback

The overall stay was very nice. We had plenty of room. The place needs kitchen and furniture updates . the resort could definitely benefit from a ramp to tote beach stuff on the carts to the beach the check in and out from the building due to the elevators could be a hassle . We spend most of our time at the beach we had a great time !!

Great time at Splash

We stayed here with 2 families, 8 people total. We had plenty of room and the condo was convenient to everything. One elevator was out of order so the other elevator was busy and slow. Luckily this condo was right on the second floor so you could easily opt for the stairs.

Better cleaning!!

The layout of the room was beautiful. However, the cleanness was DISGUSTING! Dirt was everywhere, the shower had dirt and hair, bed has dirt, floor looked like it hasn’t been swept for weeks. Dishes where dirty, underneath the couch had crumbs, sand everywhere. Both Shower doors wouldn’t close, holes where in bathtubs, holes in the door, mold all over the bathroom celling. I’m very disappointed to spend all the money towards cleaning fee, and to have the room look like it was never cleaned.

Great Condo and Resort, well maintained and clean, great 2nd floor location, terrific view

This was our second time spending the winter months at Splash. Splash is a great resort, common areas are well maintained and clean, two out door heated pools and located right on the beach. We rented the condo for 2.5 months, it was in excellent condition, clean and well provisioned, furniture and bedding were clean and in good condition. Spacious condo with two ocean front bedrooms. The second floor location was great with a large deck to enjoy the beach and gulf view. A great winter with some of the best weather we have had in PCB for that time period. We did have a few cool days where we needed heat but the furnace did not work. We contacted the owners and they said they would contact maintenance to fix the problem but no one came to fix it. If you you're looking for a nice condo we highly recommend this one!

Very Disappointed in Cleanliness

We were super excited about staying in this condo because it was our first time staying at Splash. Upon arrival we were very disappointed in the cleanliness of the condo. Mold in the showers, blood on the inside of the balcony door curtains in the bedroom, paint all over the curtains on the balcony door in the living room, curtain on balcony door in the other bedroom were hanging off of the track. I emailed condo owner about mold and blood and never received a response which was very disappointing.

Family vacation #2

We loved everything about our trip last year that we booked again at Splash this year. It has everything we need or would want for our family of 5 with kids- ages 7, 5 & 10 months. Being right on the beach is so handy and it offers heated pools the kids swam in daily. We stayed on the second floor which worked out nicely as we took the stairs a few times with one elevator being repaired. The views from the second floor are still absolutely gorgeous. We saw dolphins swimming in the ocean from our balcony a few times during our week stay. Great communication with the owners who let us check in early. Our room was spacious - 2 bedrooms with king beds, pullout couch, bunk beds and 2 huge bathrooms. We needed to buy some essentials as the room supplies 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom but that is okay with us. Walmart, grocery stores, nice restaurants and other shopping are within a 5 minute drive. Had another great trip, we booked again for next year before we left. Splash has become one of our family’s happy places!
