“The Solitaire was perfect for my needs while visiting my son who lives in the Pankow neighborhood. The hotel was clean. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was very good. The neighborhood was upscale. Public transportation (bus) stops in front of the building, or 8 minute walk to mainline tram. I would definitely recommend this hotel, and I plan on staying there again when I travel back to Pankow.”

“The single duvet for a king bed was terrible. The door wouldn’t open from the app, and despite calling support during my five-day stay, they couldn’t resolve the issue. I had to call my neighbours at midnight to open the door for me. It was a really disappointing experience, and the support staff didn’t even pick up the phone. ”

“The family really enjoyed the stay here. 5 minutes to the U2 station, many good restaurants and beer garden in the area. Safe, quiet at night, great area to walk around even with young kids. Apartment was clean and and the patio was great. Would love to stay here again.”

“Es handelt sich um eine Pension ohne Frühstück. Kaffee Maschine im Zimmer, auch kleiner Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher auf Anfrage. Bad und Zimmer sehr sauber. Betten gut. Rezeption im ChinaRestaurant nebenan, welches auch die Pension betreibt, daher nur bis ca 22.30 geöffnet. Ermässigung fürs Essen im Restaurant. Essen sehr gut, Nanking Küche. S-Bahn und Trambin 4 Minuten zu Fuss. Gegend voller Kneipen und Restaurants, aber Zimmer ruhig.”

“I really enjoyed staying at the gold palais hotel. It had a nice balcony with chairs facing the courtyard. The shower was incredible. It had both an overhead faucet and a handheld faucet with good water pressure. There was a m4 tram right outside the hotel that could take you directly to Alexanderplatz. And the cleaning people cleaned my room everyday. I highly recommend this hotel.”

“It takes 10 -15 mins to go to the apartment from the metro. There is a supermarket on the way. The apartment is just as described in the web, room is clean with all necessary facilities there. However, the password given by the staff is wrong, so I have to call the staff for correct password to get the key. ”
