“L’établissement vieilli mal et beaucoup de chalet était fermé voir abandonné. Le Personnel était très sympa. Nous avions limite l’impression qu’ils allait bientôt fermer. Le petit dej est très basique mais ça va. La plage juste devant est très pratique pour ce poser mais prévoir chaussons car que des cailloux. Pour résumer : personnel au top, hébergement vieux mais propre”

“it's the hotel with the best Beach around 2 islands, good food you can have diving and country walk. But you can hear people from next room so try not making too many funny noise. :P And there are some sand on the bed since day one.”

“I’m giving this hotel 2 stars mainly because of the cleanliness and the overall condition of both the hotel and the room, which felt quite run-down and in need of maintenance. On the positive side, the staff were kind and helpful, and the location is definitely a strong point. However, considering the price we paid (over €100 per night, almost 500 MYR), I don’t feel it offers good value for money. For that reason, I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless improvements are made.”

Abbiamo apprezzato molto il ristorante dell'hotel a colazione, a pranzo e a cena. Si trova sempre un tavolo vista mare ed è molto tranquillo rispetto ai ristoranti vicino. Tornerei volentieri”

“I really liked Arwana and would stay here again. It’s literally right on the beach. The water is crystal clear and baby reef sharks swim around happily. Perhentian doesn’t have any roads so the hotel can arrange water taxis. We did the Redang island trip and the snorkelling trip, both arranged by Arwana and they were both excellent. Don’t go expecting a 5 star experience, but this hotel has a rustic charm, the room was nice and clean and the pool is a good size. It’s peaceful and exudes chilled……
