“Begonnen hat es damit das wir das Superior-DZ gebucht haben. Bei Ankunft dann ein Zimmer erhalten haben das deutlich kleiner ist. (Kein Schrank - nur eine Kleiderstange, keine Ablageflächen usw.) Argumentiert wurde das mit einem "Irrtum" auf der Buchungsseite. Das Bad ist nichts für Menschen mit Klaustrophobie. Niedrige Duschtasse und zu kurzer Duschvorhang führen dazu das es immer das Wasser steht. Ergänzt wird das ganze durch anhaltenden Kanalgeruch. Hauptproblem ist die Lautstärke. Die……

“DO NOT BOOK this property . When I arrived for a x2 night booking ,the WiFi was not working this also meant the TV streaming service was not available. I made contact via WhatsApp and also went to the Sister Hotel ( The Water ) to try and sort out. There was a total lack of engagement from the host. They told me it was fixed the following day but it was not. I verified the fault by taking the receptionist to the property . She agreed there was still no WiFi. I asked for some compensation for……

“Great spot very central. Quite a few stairs leading up to reception so must be fit! Very spacious apartment and terrace. Beautiful Views! They were very kind to give us an extended check out. Only issue was no coffee sachets or tea bags or milk in the apartment on arrival and breakfast was completely different to what we ordered but perfectly ok. Also bathroom sink not draining properly?”

“The hotel is situated on the side of a hill which offers great panoramic views across the bay. There are quite a number of steps if you are walking from the pool or bar and restaurant area so may not be suited with those with accessibility needs. We had a room which also included a shared pool with an adjoining appointment. The room itself was nice, It was clean and comfortable.
