“Giannis was excellent - could not have been more helpful. The room itself was beautiful, partner found the bed a little too firm but I thought it was perfect. Free minibar was a nice perk. I wish the pool hours were longer but I understand from a liability perspective. The vending machine in the lobby was an excellent touch. Room was kept lovely and clean! Location was perfectly central, delicious brunch was just steps away and the town centre was a few minutes out. I hope that we return to……

“The apartment was kept spotlessly clean and the staff were very pleasant and helpful There was adequate Aircon across the whole of the apartment. The apartment is in an excellent location in a quiet area but on the edge of where the action is. It is easy to get to and from the apartment without any step climbs.”

“We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Rene. We arrived much later than planned but were welcomed so graciously and even made some food. The rooms, with fantastic air conditioning, and grounds were spotless because they were cleaned every day. ALL staff were friendly and approachable. Sunbeds, swimming and restaurant area were all well maintained. Beach and town centre all within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Staff was very friendly and view from our small but clean, comfortable room was amazing! The downside is that you have to haul your luggage up an old stone walkway and staircase to check in at The Water hotel. Unfortunately, our bags were 50 lbs (23kg) each. Luckily, a staffer offered to take them the rest of the way to our room at The Rock, which is more old stone stairs up to an old stone walkway away. There are no elevators. Thank goodness for Alberto!”

“The location was perfect for visiting central Skiathos well being far enough away from the bustle. Staff were outstanding. Breakfast was excellent. Only negative was that the half shower door would not seal or stay in place. Combined with a hanging hand shower that could not be adjusted it resulted in a significant amount of water to clean up off the bathroom floor each time one of us showered.”

“The staff were friendly, kind and very helpful . The breakfast and lunch was good, The sun beds were very comfortable, 20€ for 2 beds plus 1 umbrella. Unless you were in the front row when it was 25€. As there was 3 of us no option but to pay for 4 beds ! Hotel situated in an ideal spot, bus stop 5, with an easy was into town on the lower road, Supermarket across the road. I booked a sea view suite which I believed was in the new block but it wasn’t it was in the hotel which was fine but……

“Great hotel in a lovely location, amazing views, with really friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were clean and a good size, and was lovely to have the large balcony. It’s also not a really big hotel (compared to some others) so felt nice not having lots of guests around (even though the hotel was full). Would be nice to maybe have a a buffet option for dinner, otherwise the food was very good. We will definitely be back!”

“Bellissimo hotel, piccolo, ma posizione strategica, ti permette di non noleggiare auto e cmq muoverti in completa autonomia con i bus che fanno un servizio eccezionale. A piedi nemmeno 5 minuti x arr al porto e in centro”

“Quite difficult to find, you have to check in at the water which isn't made obvious. Lots of steps to the penthouse so beware! Room was nice. As guests frequently come and go, it's obviously difficult for the cleaners to get everything done in terms of servicing every room. The major issue for us was the music scene in some venues. Nothing against this, but it starts at one end of the old town then seems to go from one to another venue until itends up right below the trees from around……

“The is hotel was ok we only stayed there for 2 night when we arrived they told us that the room we booked there was a problem with it they wanted us to stay in a another room for the first and change rooms for our second, The breakfast was nice just to make other travellers aware it’s about 3.5 km from the main resort you got to have a taxi. We would not stay again or recommend it sorry”

“Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit, besonders der Hotel Manager hat einem das Gefühl gegeben, dass er sich für jeden Gast interessiert und Zeit nimmt. Es war alles sauber, der einzige Punkt sind immer die Toiletten und Badezimmer in Griechenland. Man merkt, dass die Rohre dort anders sind als in Deutschland und dadurch riecht es in den meisten Badezimmern immer etwas nach Abfluss. Aber es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub und das Team vor Ort hat definitiv dazu beigetragen. Frühstück……

“La permanenza qui è stato diciamo nella media, comoda perché è vicino a skiathos centro però devi avere un mezzo per scendere e salire, a piedi penso sia infattibile. La struttura secondo me è un po’ vecchio stile, per essere un 4 stelle. La doccia era tutta aperta e l’acqua cadeva fuori, per me era scomodo. Il Wi-Fi almeno nella stanza arrivava poco, non ho detto niente perché alla fine usavo il mio Internet. Colazione, il giusto forse mi aspettavo di più. Pulizia, il secondo giorno non sono……

“La struttura non esiste è solo una truffa, su internet Google segna un indirizzo errato e i locali provano a indirizzare a una vecchia allocazione ma inesistente. Ho perso un'intera giornata e serata alla disperata ricerca di un alloggio non presente e chiedendo aiuto alle persone cortesi e gentili del luogo mi hanno potuta infine "sistemare" verso mezzanotte in una camera svegliando una signora presso un alloggio differente da quello prenotato! Il proprietario dell'hotel inesistente ha……
