The member of staff who collected us from the airport was very friendly and obliging. We had no real contact with anyone else. There was no hot water and I had to wash my hair under a cold shower the next morning!

The staff are what make this hotel special. They are so friendly and helpful. We stayed in a superior sea view room which was lovely, and the views breath-taking. The grounds are average and pool very small. Breakfast ingredients were low quality, and could be better.

Very fast check in ( I called the lady to say I was arriving in 5 minutes) room is super clean , bed comfy, blackout curtains worked well! Only one negative, that could have had more mini milk portions for tea/ coffee, but apart from that I will always try to book this place

Depending on where you are located on the island it may be better to have a rental car or scooter. The bus system is great coming every 15 min but if you are not near a stop such as Core Suites hotel, i would suggest arranging a rental mode of trans
