Beautiful environment. The room was lovely. Obviously, a great place for families, with the pools jam-packed with kids. Staff are especially welcoming.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Just returned from a lovely five-night stay at Westgate Flamingo. Everything was perfect—our room was clean, and the pool area was a fantastic spot to unwind. The staff were friendly and always ready to help, making us feel welcomed. My wife particularly enjoyed the kitchen facilities, which allowed her to prepare breakfast for our family, creating a peaceful morning routine. The location is fantastic, with easy access to local attractions and public transport. We felt very safe in this gated resort, and we will definitely stay here again!

Staff was super unhelpful and unfriendly. When we went down to ask for towels, they wouldn’t give them to us. They said they would send someone else to bring them up. They ended up bringing them when I was in the shower with no knock or announcement. This was a major invasion of privacy, as I was in the shower at the time with no one else in the room. I also asked for a pool key at checkout since I had only stayed for one night and wanted to get lunch and drinks at the pool. The staff member refused to give me a key and said I would have to check back into the hotel. I’ve stayed here before and never had a problem with the staff or getting a pool key after checkout. I will not be staying here again and won’t be recommending this hotel to anyone else.
