“A Pousada entrega tudo o que promete. Tudo muito bem arrumado e conservado, chegando até a surpreender. Dizem estar muito perto do centro histórico, quando na verdade estão dentro do centro histórico. Foram além das minhas expectativas. Lugar muito aconchegante e equipe muito educada e prestativa. Recomendo e se houver oportunidade, voltarei.”

“Boutique hôtel comme je les aime : quelques chambres très bien décorées, parties communes très soignées, petit déjeuner succulent. L’établissement est très bien situé à quelques minutes du centre historique et de la plage de Pontal. La plage de Jacabacara est à 10 mn seulement à pied et vaut le détour.”

“We were disappointed with our stay at Apple House in Paraty. For the price, we expected a much higher standard. The room wasn’t cleaned properly, and the bathroom tap was rusty, which made it feel poorly maintained. The room was also very cold, and there were very few amenities considering what you’re paying. Most of the staff spoke very little English and weren’t particularly accommodating, which made communication difficult at times. The swimming pools were all cold, so we didn’t get much……

“The staff was very attentive and courteous. The property is very well maintained and the vegetation is magnificent. There is a huge focus on environmental conservation. The hotel is located in the heart of the old town within walking minutes of all the restaurants, boutiques, the port and other places of interest. During our stay the restaurant was closed for renovation and some other repair activities was ongoing. The noise was at time bothersome.”

“Beautiful place, with very friendly and helpful staff! We had a great time staying here, and the hosts were wonderful. Breakfast was delicious and prepared specifically for us each morning, and we were given plenty of great recommendations and resources. We had unfortunate timing with some construction next door that was a bit noisy, but had a great experience otherwise!”

“Het is een authentieke Pousada, met leuke mensen en goede service. Fijn ontbijt met locale producten en ook een 1600u snack. De kamers zijn gedateerd maar bed is oke en douche ook. Perfecte locatie.”
