"Conveniently located, clean, very quiet and practical room with spacious leaving room and plenty of coffee/teas and water bottles for the guests. We loved communicating with Salvatore via WhatsApp, sending him the image of our passports, and receiving very clear check-in/access instructions. It was fun to chat with a few other couples from Austria and Canada while making espresso in the living room!"

"We stayed for 4 nights at the end of August into the beginning of September. The location of the hotel is perfect and during our time in Palermo, we kept saying that we couldn't imagine staying anywhere else in the city.
Both Via Roma and Via Maqueda are right by the hotel and offer tons of shopping, dining, and sight-seeing options. We tended to prefer Via Maqueda, but both will take you to the central station within a 25-30 minute walk. The hotel is also within a short walking distance of bus stops that can take you all around the city. Also, right by the hotel is probably the best sandwich shop in all of Palermo (A’ Putìa), which we definitely considered to be a major perk of its location.
The hotel's rooftop bar offers a cool view of the city, but the view from our room's balcony was perhaps even better! The hotel staff were lovely and even let us check out an hour later than the hotel's official time for free. If you are planning a stay in Palermo, we couldn't recommend this hotel enough!"
"Excellent traditional European hotel with friendly, attentive staff
Complimentary full breakfast, served buffet style in the dining room was delicious, including fresh squeezed local orange juice that was amazing.
Very convenient location to sightseeing and restaurants. "
"The team led by Giovanni were polite, efficient, moved us to new rooms & made sure that our stay was so enjoyable. The breakfast in the morning was very good. I recommend you stay at this hotel as it is also central to all major attractions in Palmero. I have it 5 stars."
"Our room was very comfortable. The location is ideal only a few short steps from Quattro Canti with a lovely view from our window. It can be quite loud at times, especially with the window open. The air conditioning has some limitations, but these are nationwide restrictions."
"Great economy accommodation. well ran and very clean. Amazing location in the busy area so traffic noise an issue but windows are good. Well recommended. "
"Every single one of the staff were extremely helpful. Breakfast offered a lot of variety and the decor was warm and inviting. We will come back next time in Palermo!"
"what a find!!!!!!!!spotless and excellent rooms ,good breakfast but best of all staff who are very helpful and welcoming. I have stayed at Italian 5 star hotels who could learn from this one--thanks
