Super convenient stop after a ferry trip. The family rooms are particularly good and great value.

Great location and beautiful property. They seemed understaffed and the staff was stressed and out of breath and dismissive. I had two children in strollers and requested a bottom floor, they asked if there was another accommodation I would like even though they were fully booked. There was children’s bikes advertised as an amenity which they did not have available and the man seemed very confused when asked about it. I would stay here again for the convenience and size of the rooms, but without the expectation that I could rely on high quality service or children’s amenities.

Very clean property. Comfortable bed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had good assortment.

Very central, easy to find on street parking. Easy to walk to old town and lots of restaurants and bars.

The location of the hotel is very convenient to the train station, dining, and general shopping.
