I would not recommend staying here. Here is why: pros: great location. easily accessible via metro cons: The room smells of smoke. The sound insulation is extremely poor. The floors are wood (and not carpeted), so every time someone upstairs drags a chair, you hear it really well. The hair dryer was broken. I only found out after taking a shower. The front desk said they don't have any extra hair dryers. Had to sleep with wet hair. The room needs updating. Everything is very old.

Transport links are great; lines 7 (pink) and 5 (green) are immediately in front of the hotel. It takes around 17 minutes to get to the Louvre stop from the hotel. Having the little kitchenette was very convenient; it saved us some money as we could have breakfast there - we just popped out to the local patisserie and had coffee and croissants in the room.

Spoke English well At the counter - the metro is 10 steps out the door, everything you need for the price , I’d definitely stay there again - smooth sailing !!! Also have a good buffet breakfast for 15 euro

We had to break our stay into 3 different bookings due to the unavailability of a single studio for our whole long stay. Stayed in Studio and Apartment. Gaetano from reception was there to help us check-in and he took the initiative to make the arrangements so that we could shift rooms easily and early. Appreciate Gaetano's help otherwise we would have to check out at 11am with all our luggage and then check in again at 3pm each time we changed a room. The property is at the side of a mall with Carrefour Hypermart, retail and restaurants. There are many buses all around the Apart'hotel, within easy walking distance. Metro is just a mere 20-30 steps away. (This was a blessing to us because my partner had a sudden foot tendon inflammation at the start of our trip and couldn't walk far or unaided with his cane.) All guests should be aware by now that the Paris Citadines Apart'hotel has cleaning once a week. Necessities such as fresh towels and loo rolls can be taken from the amenities room with your room card access. Coffee and Tea is provided FOC at both reception and the breakfast room. Just bring your own coffee mugs from the room to take the beverages. The dishwasher and electrical wiring in 2 of the rooms are a little wonky but none of these were issues for us, just work round it. The rooms are comfortable and clean for us and location is fantastic. We will continue to stay in Citadines each time we are in Paris.

We had to break our long holiday at Citadines and book an apartment for one of the days when all studios were fully booked. This is an amazing space that is a little loft-like. Bedroom is adequate with a double bed (small Queen size) and a sofa bed in the kitchen / dining space. Shower and Toilet are separated into 2 different cubicles (separated by a wall) so take note for those who cannot handle it. Our kitchen view was fantastic because you can see the Eiffel Tower in the distance so taking a video of the light-up every hour from 8pm was great! We had the pleasure of service from reception staff (Gaetano and Igor) who are very pleasant professionals!

We had the pleasure of service from Igor and he is one of the most pleasant staff we have encountered thus far. Conversant in English and always ready with his winning smile. Staying in an apart'hotel requires a little knowledge prepared-ness before your stay. Cleaning is once a week and be prepared for minor issues such as a broken dish-washer or some such. Everything can be fixed as long as you communicate this properly with reception and give things a little time to be fixed. As long as you are prepared, you will have a very pleasant stay like we did.
