The room was extremely small and congested. For 4 people, it was too small and they shouldn’t advertise that for 4 people as we did not have room to move around at all. We were also told that we had to return our room key when we left the room because it was the only one left, later another employee told us it was okay to take it. Next day, when we are out with the key and come back, they had did housekeeping on the room. We were told there was only one key so how did they enter our room? One of the pillows was stained very badly, and I dropped something under the bed and it wasn’t very clean there either. The location is amazing yes, but it also is advertised as a view of Eiffel Tower and we got a floor level room with no view whatsoever, this was also our most expensive stay during our trip and definitely the worst. No towel racks or holder. ....breakfast is 730am but God help you if you get dry cereal...they yeld at me. Worst place yet. And it wasn't cheap. My army days were better. The staff were available around the clock and were always very nice, welcoming, and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The room was cleaned every day and we received fresh towels daily, which I really appreciated. The location is excellent, with lots of cafés, pastry shops, and restaurants right around the hotel, making it easy to grab something to eat. It’s only about a five-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and conveniently located near the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs-Élysées, and bus and train stations, so getting to major attractions was very easy.
