Before my trip I called the hotel to arrange an early check in I was told "no problem". When I actually arrived after 2 days of traveling to get to Paris I was told my room would not be ready until 3:00 and early check in was not available the reception tried to push me off to the spa and other areas ...
Great time. Hotel was very good. Our request for a king size bed did not work out and the room was a bit small. But this did not matter much as we spent most time exploring the city. The restaurant was very good as was the lounge area. Staff was excellent and very helpful.
We knew Boulogne for a while and were pleased to see this great hotel pop-out. Great location near the excellent 72 bus, the metro station, convenience stores and bakeries. Great welcome the first day we arrived, the staff is just excellent, kind, all answers to our questions. The room was great, ...
Great hotel at the edge of Paris. Came on business 2 years ago, returned with wife for pleasure. It was about a 5 minute walk from the RER B station. There was also a bus if you didn't want to walk. Right next to a mall with many eating options. Groceries nearby- franprix and monoprix. Hippopotamus ...
Our second weeklong stay. We will be back. A wonderful location for getting around Paris.
Outstanding concierge helped our family to feel at home in this modern yet traditional boutique hotel. The rooms are very well appointed with all you could want. Heated toilets are an absolute treat.
I visited many hotels during my lifetime in Paris, But the Grand Hotel du Palais Royal is Exceptional, for its location, It is elegant, very Parisian, and you are a block away from the Louvre, rue St Honoré. It is very quite and the view on the courtyard is priceless. The service was exceptional, ...
Ended up having to change over to this hotel from another that we picked instead of this one. What a difference!!! So much better than the Sofitel Paris Baltimore Tour Eiffel Hotel. Not even close. Great location, great staff, room was so much nicer than the other. We would come back in a heartbeat!!! ...
The rooms need a bit upkeeping. Also for such a category they could be more generous with amenities as complimentary bottles of water. We only got a small one for both in an executive room.
Myself and my partner loved our stay, nothing was too much trouble for the staff, lovely views and very close to amenities and the Eiffel Tower.
Really close to conference center(Palais des Congres), there are some restaurants within walking distance. Very professional and friendly staff, always smiling. The room was clean and modern. I only stayed 1 night but it was good.
The staff were extremely helpful. We had a triple room which was a very good size with a double and single bed and a spacious bathroom. This hotel is in a great location with numerous metro/train stations. A perfect hotel for a visit to Paris.
