"Very convenient location to walk to different places. Check in was very smooth even staff wasnt present. The apartment was very clean and well equipped with cooking utensils. Although cleaning could only be arranged if you stay more than 6 nights, trash was cleared every day. And the cleaning provided for staying over 6 nights was great too. The only hiccup for our room was that water spilt out from the toilet bowl after flushing. Staff was informed and they gave us swift response and we were told technical staff would be arranged to come fix it on the next day. However the problem persists during our stay. One point to highlight is that the property couldnt help keep luggage after check out. The property provided us information and discount to find luggage storages nearby. The nearest shop that helps store luggage opens only half an hour after the check out time. It would be great if the check out time can be extended half an hour longer to match the opening hour of luggage storage."

"We stayed in a junior suite but the room is small. However, the bed and the pillows were very comfortable and we couldn’t wake up early for shopping. The location is excellent. Metro stations are at the front of the hotel. During daytime, it’s walkable distance to Louvre Museum. Of course ladies can enjoy shopping as there are many fashion brands stores just at the front of hotel. There are many restaurants around 10 minutes walk. The night life is very good too. Restaurants and bars near by are open until after midnight. There are many Asian restaurants too. Moreover, staffs in stores or restaurants are friendly. The bathroom is big and nice. However, the shower area is an open area. When we had shower, the water spited down the floor. Three bath mats were provided but they were all wet. We couldn’t enjoyed our shower as we had to having shower very very carefully."

"首先酒店職員服務態度非常好，十分友善和很有禮貌。酒店附近食肆林立，很多選擇，行街購物也十分方便。酒店房間寬敞舒適和清潔乾淨整齊。不過酒店餐廳清潔就有待改善，原因是我發現盛載橙汁嘅玻璃杯既然留下之前住客嘅紅唇印在杯上，員工沒有洗乾淨及檢查，真是嚇了一跳，十分噁心。再加上有蒼蠅在食物上飛來飛去，令人不安。"
