While I love staying here and the staff has always been gracious, I forgot my diamond earrings on the night table by my bed and when I got back from my excursion they were gone. The hotel manager on duty said that I should have used the safe. I obviously always utilize the safe, however, I forgot to put them on so how could I? It's a shame that a hotel of this caliber, would actually tell me that unless I put items in the safe, i basically should expect to not find them when i get back. Hopefully that doesn't include my suitcases, as obviously they don't fit it safe. Just beware.

The hotel staff was super friendly, and spoke English which was very helpful especially in a new country. Room was clean, and location was great as it was literally right outside a metro station.
