Great no frills hotel. Comfortable bed. Small room and very small bathroom but very clean great location. For the price it's excellent value and we'd consider coming back again!

Majority of the front desk persons were very rude and aggressive. Harassing 3 teenage kids to pay nearly 300 euros extra for the stay and made very offensive gestures that made us feel like we were unwelcome.

Although the website states car service available for airport shuttle and I pre booked it, this is not something they have. They will arrange a taxi for you for return trip. The Hotel is dated, including bedding. Front staff was friendly and the hotel is in a good location.

Excellent location close to the Eiffel Tower, shopping, dining and public transportation. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. Smaller rooms/bath and lift, but to be expected in historic building. Updated bath and building still has charm. No breakfast or amenities to speak of but staff was available 24/7 and was very friendly and even was able to find us glasses for the room when we had a bottle of wine. Would definitely stay here again.
