From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm and welcoming and went out of their way to ensure that my check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The room was immaculate with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. I was pleasantly surprised by the high level of attention to detail throughout the hotel. Throughout my stay, all interactions with staff were outstanding. From the housekeeping staff to the front desk personnel, everyone was friendly and professional, and always willing to assist with any requests I had. The hotel's location was great, with quick and convenient access to the metro in order to get to Paris attractions. The breakfast had a good selection of foods and drinks.
