This was our second time at the Hotel Napoleon, with our last visit in 2009. Once again, our stay was excellent. There's a lot to like about this property. The location is fantastic, with lots within walking distance and a Metro / RER station literally out the front door. The rooms themselves are spacious and well-appointed. Our room had a pull-out couch for our daughter to sleep and it was large enough where we felt like we had plenty of room at all times. The staff were very friendly and extra accommodating. We worked through them to arrange rides from the airport at the beginning of our trip and to the rail station at the end of our trip. The only area that we found lacking was the fact that the restaurant didn't offer a full dinner service (snacks were available through the bar). However, there are a number of great restaurants within walking distance. We'll definitely stay here again.

Well located across from Arc de Triomphe and very close to Champs Elysee. Room was spacious and very clean. Staff was amazing. From housekeeping all the way to the concierge staff. Special mention of Carlos, Fabian and Gerard which worked the front desk as concierges. They were very helpful and knowledgeable.

This was our second time visiting Paris and our second time staying at the Napoleon. Great location, metro and Arc on the corner, Champs on the next block. The hotel is small but elegant and warm. The rooms are beautifully decorated, with Parisian charm. Most of all, the staff, from the desk to the servers, were absolutely wonderful. Very friendly, helpful, accommodating and everything else you'd hope for while on vacation in a foreign county. We will definitely be back!!
