Great and spacious rooms. Staff was incredibly helpful. I was going to meet a business partner in the lounge. Due to work in the area, the manager offered to provide a meeting room and coffee and tea on top!! Great hospitality. Quiet spot as well. Only comment: If you want guests to keep towels, please add a heater in the bathrooms, no one will be using wet towels from one day to the other, ;). Other than this all good!

Olympic Stay

First time in Paris for the Olympics. Small hotel with very friendly staff. We extended our stay and the hotel accommodated us. Stayed in a classic room for a few days then upgraded to the loft. Both were clean and comfortable. A little distance but we walked to the Effiel Tower a few times. Overall great stay.

This property was ok; not great. The staff was excellent. Very helpful and friendly and went out of their way to find out credit card that my husband left in the room 🙄 and help us get it back quickly. The property was my issue. The train station that appears the closest on the map is a regional train and not the metro that’s best for sightseeing. I never would’ve booked this place if I knew it was a 10 minute walk to the metro. My biggest issue is the lack of shower in the room. It’s a bathtub with a handheld shower nozzle, but no shower curtain! It’s impossible to use without getting water everywhere. And they do not give extra towels to help with the mess. So we ended having to sit down to control the water and then it was difficult to get up out of the bathtub without slipping. This is also when you see all the mold in the caulk around the edge of the bathtub. Even weirder, the toilet is in a separate room but doesn’t have a sink in there with it, so you have to walk all through your room touching door knobs and such without washing your hands.

I love this small boutique hotel. But their restaurant is closed and they offer breakfast in the foyer. But my suggestion is to go next door to the supermarket and buy some breakfast items. My fresh fruit platter was 5 grapes and 3 parts mandarin for €9. A small yoghurt cup for €4. See pictures. Not a 5-star hotel worthy.

Good location next to the Eiffel Tower as was our first time in Paris. Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. Hotel itself is very clean and nicely presented. Couple of snags in the room like a looks light fixture and door handle but otherwise very nice stay.

I would have given it 3 stars at most. The hotel was very noisy, and there were several issues during my stay. The toilet didn’t work properly, and the hot water kept changing temperature suddenly. I even burned my skin once. Housekeeping also let me into the wrong room without checking if it was mine, which was unacceptable. Overall, not worth the 5-star rating. I would not recommend this place.

Staff was very attentive, respectful, and nice. Place was convenient to the RER/Metro stations. 15 min walk to Eiffel Tower and 15 mins to their mall. Recommended to stay. Only knock was a lot of traffic in evening, workers / delivering all night. Outside of that this place was amazing.

Hotel Square is not a 5 star hotel, a decent 3 star maybe? It’s dated, the room was dirty, no shower (just a hand held shower head), & no air conditioning. Attempted to explain my concerns on check out but the receptionist was more concerned that we hadn’t emptied the mini bar. One stay is enough.

Awful. Room we received was not the room advertised. They denied this. It was very expensive and the quality was the same as a £100 per night hotel. The TV didn't work, the heating/aircon didn't work, I was given a downgraded room, but still paid full price. Staff unwilling to help. Zero character. Booked for our honeymoon and this ruined it.
