With an area of 39 m 2, it can accommodate up to 3 people, perfect for a couple getaway or a trip with friends. Located on the 3rd floor of a residence without elevator, the apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed 160 x 200, a fully equipped kitchen to prepare your meals, a modern shower room and a pleasant living room with a sofa bed 115 x 180, ideal to relax after a day of discovery. Enjoy optimal comfort with various amenities such as Wifi, a hairdryer, a television, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a cot, a coffee machine, an oven, hot water, an iron, a kettle, as well as a first aid kit and a fire extinguisher. You will also have access to a DVD player and a selection of available DVDs as well as board games and books. Sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee, you just have to put your suitcases and enjoy your stay. Please note that the accommodation is non-smoking. The location of this apartment is a real asset. Ideally located, the apartment allows walking distance in a few minutes to many points of interest: the tram is only 2 minutes away, the metro 5 minutes and the train station 7 minutes (Paris being only one station). The Canal Saint-Denis is 1 minute away, while the Stade de France and the Olympic swimming pool are 12 minutes away. The Basilica of Saint-Denis and the covered market (Tuesday, Friday and Sunday) are joined in 15 minutes. Finally, Disneyland Paris is about 45 minutes by car.
