Amazing location, beautiful rooms (highly recommend the balcony) wonderful staff. This property is one of my favourites in Paris. I loved having coffee on the balcony in the AM. Great lobby to sit and get work done. There is also a lovely coffee shop across the street that we went to every morning called Torré. Opened early around 8am in October during the week 9am weekends. Close to Gare du Nord which is great however we had a hard time getting a taxi to the hotel because the taxi drivers were saying it was to short of a drive. That was a little frustrating but of course had nothing to do with this wonderful property. I would 100% stay here again and try to get a room on one of the higher floors.

The staff was super helpful and kind. Location was very convenient and close to metro as well as walking distance to many places (shops, restaurants, deli/bakery’s). The room was smaller than what typical hotels but I heard not uncommon in Paris. The balcony was a cute touch.

From the moment our taxi stopped outside, everything was perfect. The staff was courteous and attentive, they answered all of our questions and explained the best ways to navigate the city. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, DO NOT PASS IT UP! Our room was cozy and beautiful and well stocked with everything we needed and wanted. We loved our balcony from which we could see the top of the Eiffel tower. Our stay was wonderful and we would surely stay again if we ever return to Paris!!

Exceptionally helpful and personable hotel. I’ve been to Paris six times and what stands out about this hotel is the effort the staff go to to make their guests feel welcomed and supported. I say this every day during our stay including with other guests including finding opportunities to make recommendations and make helpful suggestions. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. The AC in the rooms was necessary and the location, like many hotels across Paris, is well-connected via metro. Great stay. Already recommended to others. And will likely be returning again in a couple years.
