This townhouse is minutes from downtown Park City's restaurants, entertainment, coffee shops, and activities. It is a brand new construction and has been professionally interior designed. It boasts 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths with a Nespresso machine, Hulu, and Netflix. Enjoy the convenience of the attached two car garage to make your stay extra accessible and easy. Nice home not actually in Park City
This is a nice house in a newly developed area...We generally enjoyed our stay. However, food desert...meaning not close to other things like grocery stores or restaurants. The location is actually in Heber but it can be a 20-25 minute drive to get there and a 10-20 minute drive to get anywhere in Park City. Nice accommodations just not really close to anything.

Great weekend getaway for the fam!
We rented this for our family of 5 + my in-laws. It was the perfect amount of space. The in-laws took the bedroom and bathroom downstairs and we took the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs. The property is very conveniently located in between Park City and Heber so there are lots of things to do nearby. (Our favorite with little kids is ice skating at the rink that's just 5 minutes up the road). Even though the property is new construction, it was very easy to find via Google maps. Check in was super easy. The property was very clean and stocked with enough toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, etc. for our long weekend. The property manager (Colbi) was very pleasant to work with and always quick to respond anytime we had a question or needed anything. It was the perfect spot for a quick weekend away. We will definitely book this property again the next time we need an escape to the mountains.

Nice place and super easy to work with
Colbi made the process very easy for us, both on the way in and on the way out. The space was really nice for our party, and it gave us plenty of room to have our own rooms and hangout together in common areas. Not a bad drive into Park City to ski either.

No coffee for 3 days, no recycling option
Lovely newer property, very good value with tons of space for family of 5. Only 15-20 min from downtown Park City and Skiing. However, I would not stay there again, no recycling options, surprising and not responsible in todays day and age. Also, no functional coffee machine. Wrong capsules for machine type and no stores in area sold compatible capsules. Reported to manager but was never resolved and endured 3 mornings without coffee. Closest coffee shop is 20 min away. If you’re not a coffee drinker and you are ok throwing your recyclable in landfill trash bins then this place is for you.

My son asked for something two story and the home has three. Kids were thrilled with the stairs and two rooms with bunk beds. Beautiful home, so much room. Perfect location, everything was 10-15 minutes away without having to be in the busy areas. Easy check in/out. Great communication with owner. Look forward to coming back :)

This condo was a perfect getaway for our families (total of 9 adults and teens) over Easter weekend. The kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were super comfortable! The living space was perfect for chilling and playing games. It is about 10 minutes from downtown Park City. We absolutely loved our stay and would come back in a heartbeat!

Perfect Location!
A few friends got together to snowboard for 3 days at Park City! The location was perfect— not too far and not too close. The house was extremely clean and accommodated all 6 of us comfortably! I would recommend this to anyone who wants to be near the mountains!
