Pros: It was nice, clean and well-equipped.
Location: Close to restaurants, shops and walking distance to downtown Park City.

Too hot to handle...Posted Sep 4, 2015
Pros: Great floor plan and location.
Cons: Air conditioning and mattress/furniture and deck furniture update.
Location: Incredible location and lots of things to do close by.
We booked the property for the last weekend in August. When we arrived, they informed us that the unit that we had rented had no air conditioning. This is a mountain resort, so we thought it would probably still be ok, bad assumption. This was a second floor unit, with a great floor plan, fairly new carpet but tired furniture. The deck furniture was really bad (so weathered you didn't want to use it). The unit was very warm but there was a box fan and it brought the temperature down to almost bearable. However, the mattresses were old and rolled us into the middle. Still the location is sooo good we made it through the first night ok. However, the second night, we returned from dinner to find the unit full of cigar smoke. It seems one of the other guest was smoking on the balcony of their unit and the fan sucked the smoke into ours. It was so bad, we packed up and checked out. The staff offered to have security ask the other guest to stop smoking, but damage done... Prior experience in the sister properties has been outstanding, and we hope this will motivate the management to install air.

Fair rooms at a fair price.Posted Jul 14, 2015 on Hotels
Originally not air conditioned rooms. Fortunately the desk manager found us a room with good amenities including AC. The room was a bit dated however it was very comfortable and was very close to everything we wanted to be next to. Needs UpdatingPosted Jul 10, 2015 on Hotels
I'll start off by saying this condo was in a great location. Being at the base of Park City Resort was convenient and beautiful. The room included a deck that overlooked the alpine slide and all other summer activities, including a couple of chairlifts. CONS: The condo included one room, two large bathrooms, a kitchen and a small living room. The living room and kitchen had been recently updated, but everything else was very, very dated. The bathrooms were cleaned, but tiles were missing, there was mold in the showers, and faucets were ancient. In other words, it didn't feel clean. The bedroom had two queens beds that were incredibly uncomfortable (I assume they were also old). Overall, the condo needs updating before it would be comfortable to stay in.

No A/C!Posted Jun 29, 2015 on Hotels
Everything was great, except the unit had no air conditioning!! It was 100 degrees outside, so you can imagine the discomfort with the room feeling like a sauna. I wish they had disclosed this prior to booking. The location was amazing though and everything we needed was right on sight!

Location: Very convent
The staff was trying very hard to HELP, BUT... could not fine our room. After 2 HRS of wasting our valuable TIME! The manager put us in a very nice, AC condo.
