Nice an cozy

We were disappointed with our stay. The room was not cleaned properly when we arrived—we found hair in the bathroom, which was not a great first impression. Housekeeping was another issue. The rooms were not serviced unless we specifically requested it, and even after asking, no one came until we had to go back to the front desk again around 6:00 p.m. We clearly told the hotel there were five people staying in the room, yet we were only provided enough towels and amenities for two people. The rooms also feel dated and could use significant upgrades and better maintenance. Overall, the service and cleanliness did not meet our expectations, and we expected a much better experience for the price.

2 bedroom was stocked nicely with everything we needed, and very clean. The view of the lake was amazing, and the travel time to the lake was minutes away. We will be returning when it is not 113 degrees outside

Didn't even ever check-in properly. Went to the room and there were bugs crawling around; looked like someone had died there. Pool was empty with no water. Complained, and will receive a refund. Owner wasn't too concerned since it was 4th of July weekend and he was confident someone else would book the room.
