“At check in, the lady who helped us check in didn’t really provide much information about the hotel overall. All she did was ask for our credit card and ID, handed us the room key (without even telling us what room we were in or what floor). We figured it out on our own. Didn’t give us details on breakfast or shuttle services either. The room itself was great. Very spacious and loved the fact that the tv had the options to connect HDMI on the side for easier access. The breakfast was good, but……

“The room was nice and cold in a warm, muggy day. The staff was nice and helpful. My only complaints were there some long hairs on our towels and the shower is rusting, but it is right on the water so assuming most older properties along the water must be like that. Would have been a great experience except for the hair on multiple towels. Ew.”
