"The staff were fantastic, front desk, house keeping and everyone at Lola’s. Lobby and pool area were beautiful but the rooms needed a lot of work. We would stay here again once they renovate the rooms. "

"We had a wonderful time there. Easy access to everything including the beach! The staff was great. The pool area is pretty but small so you have to go down early to grab seats. "

The reason for my less than stunning review is two fold 1-check in was really slow and although multiple people were waiting there was only one person at the counter and she didn't seem to attempt to get any assistance. 2- I left a review which included our experiences and reminded people from out of state that this property is on the highway and quite noisy. None of what I wrote should be controversial but surprisingly the property manager decided to challenge my comments rather than use them to try and improve their product. We travel a lot and I can't ever remember getting a response like this to any review that I've ever written."
