We had a great stay! The room was really well decorated and the bed was very comfortable. We were also provided a delicious buffet style breakfast with a good variety of options. Highly recommended!

The property/room was wonderful! Clean, spacious, walkable to train, park, visitor highlights. On check out we saw the reception area and it was super cute with coffee, cozy seating for breakfast and relaxing. Please be aware that the alley to enter the property is a bit dark at night so I’d recommend a taxi or uber drop off over walking.

Good location near train station

I booked one of the apartments and it was very nice and super convenient to the train station. The property is gated and feels very safe. There was a booklet on the desk with sightseeing and restaurant recommendations. The only issue for some people might be that the bed is upstairs and the bathroom is down; if you get up during the night, it’s slightly inconvenient.

wonderful place and friendly host. Clean, modern, well maintained. The area has some people loitering about whom I wasn't sure about, especially because I arrived at night. The property has big locked door both at the gate as well as at the building entrance.

Loved this hotel! It was close to the train station. We were welcomed to our room early which gracious due to our train getting in ahead of check in time. The room was comfortable, stylish, and clean. We loved the modern vibe. The breakfast in the morning was plentiful and delicious. We will definitely be returning here!

The property is only a few minutes walk from the Parma train station. Upon our arrival, we were met by the two lovely ladies that run this B&B, who allowed us to check in early so that we could drop off our luggage and begin to explore Parma. The property is upscale, beautiful and comfortable AND only minutes from everything Parma has to offer. The breakfast was tasty, with lots of options. The water dispenser equipped with sparkling water became a regular stop. We had an early check-out and the owners offered to prepare a boxed breakfast for us. So sweet and appreciated! Overall a great place to hang your hat while visiting Parma. Many thanks to Mery and Francesca for a lovely stay.

Quick trip to Parma

Excellent hotel. Excellent rooms and service. It is very close to the train station. It’s a quick 10 minute walk to central Parma. The first 5 minutes of the walk are through a kind of sketchy area. So just knkw that when you book. We had no problems when we walked it several times a

Stayed with my husband and 2 teenage boys. Room was large, comfy, private, nicely decorated, quiet and well- equipped. Private & secure parking on the courtyard adjacent to the room. Breakfast was SUPERB - quality fresh ingredients and great price. Owner was friendly & polite. A quick walk into town where there are fab bars and restaurants. 1 min walk to the train station - we travelled to the Ferrari museums in Modena which took approx 30 mins with a 5 min walk from Modena at the other end ( train was clean, comfy & tickets very cheap). Would thoroughly recommend

Modern and spacious, our loft unit was more than enough space. The updated features in the unit were great. While Parma is small, the location was just enough outside the city center to make walking back at night just a little bit stressful even though Parma is relatively safe. It was only 1-2 minute walk to the train station so that was a plus. There was a little confusion on my check in process and where exactly the unit was, but we were able to call them and figure it out right away. Coordinating and communicating with the hotel was easy and they were very responsive to my questions. If they were 2-3 blocks closer to the city center, I would stay here again as everything else made for a great stay.
