  • En la isla de Paros y más concretamente en la zona de Aliki, hemos creado Villa Afrodite Se trata de un chalet residencia de piedra con piscina privada.
    Esta hermosa residencia se encuentra en la cima de la colina de Agios Nikolaos y ofrece magníficas vistas a la isla de Antiparos y al mar Egeo. Es el lugar ideal para disfrutar de esa vista de Antíparos, Aliki y las islas vecinas.
    La villa se extiende en una superficie de 8 acres que ofrecen a los visitantes la comodidad que necesitan, como laureles rodean.

    Villa ofrece:
    Un espacio polivalente con un salón, que cuenta con 1 sofá tradicional con sillas, cocina con todos los utensilios (vasos, platos, ollas, etc.), chimenea y horno tradicional, nevera y congelador de la familia;
    Un dormitorio con una cama doble tradicional (2 personas)
    Un dormitorio con una cama doble tradicionales (2 personas)
    Un sofá cama (1 persona)
    Un gran cuarto de baño de mármol con un inodoro y una bañera tradicional;
    Todos los espacios anteriores tienen calefacción autónoma;
    A / C en los dormitorios 2 y en la conexión wifi sofá cama y una gran barbacoa.

    Usted y sus niños pueden disfrutar jugando con las palomas en el jardín de la villa, cenar en la mesa de mármol y disfrutar de la puesta de sol única y la magnífica vista a la isla de Antiparos.

    Hay una plaza de aparcamiento cerrado para su coche y una casa para su perro.


    Ubicación:

    Esta villa se encuentra a 300 metros de las playas y restaurantes de Aliki y justo
    a pocos minutos del centro de la famosa cometa de Pounta.

    ¿Cómo llegar a la villa:

    Hay servicios regulares de autobús de Parikia a Aliki. Durante el período estival, los servicios son por hora.

    Cuando se baja en la parada de autobús seguir el camino de la playa de Agios Nikolaos, después de 300 m, a su lado derecho verá nuestra villa.

    En avión:

    El vuelo de Atenas a Paros dura unos 30 minutos. El aeropuerto de Paros está a 6 km de Petaloudes.

    En bote:

    Hay servicio diario de ferry que unen el puerto de Pireo a Parikia. Viajar en ferry dura 4. 5 horas, mientras que con la alta velocidad de 2, 5 horas. El Puerto de Parikia se encuentra a 5 km de Petaloudes.

Perfectly lovely villa, private but close to everything

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Arsenios’ villa. It is cute, and comfortable - the views are gorgeous, away from the crowds, but within minutes of the beach, restaurants, etc. Highly recommend!

Great house

This was a wonderful new villa, very immaculate, and we loved Aliki as a village. Arsenios was a good host, and communication was easy and seamless. Overall, a wonderful stay and would recommend the villa for everyone!

It was a beautiful place. Great location. Manager met us and was easy to communicate with. Everything was clean. We ended up not staying in the villa advertised. But the villa we did stay in was great!

Wonderful villa adjacent to Aliki on Paros

This was our first visit to Paros and we were looking for a relaxing break after visiting the cities of London, Paris, and Athens as a family of four. Arsenis' villa was a perfect fit for what we wanted. Located just up a hill from the fishing village of Aliki, the villa is new construction and well done with two comfortable bedrooms, a single bathroom, and a small common room with a very serviceable kitchen, dining table, and sofa/daybed. The bedrooms and common room have individual air conditioning units that work very well when the weather gets hot and keeps the inside very comfortable. The patio has a wonderful covered area with another table for open air dinners, an outdoor fireplace for grilling, and a refreshing pool. The patio has a wonderful view of the Adriatic and Antiparos while at the same time offers privacy. This was the perfect combination for us that allowed slow leisurely mornings before we headed out to enjoy the different beaches or sights on the island, restful afternoons by the pool, and long dinners under the stars. Arsenis is a wonderful host and very responsive to any questions about the island and helpful with any request. The small town of Aliki is a delight with a small functioning fishing harbor and restaurants along the water with excellent offerings of the day's catch. While small, Aliki has services such as rental company for boats/scooters/etc, a dive company, crocery store, pharmacy, butcher, etc. and tourists are made to feel welcomed with the customary Greek hospitality. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and recommend the villa highly for Families and couples who want a restful break but want to spend most of their time outside enjoying all that Paros has to offer.

We had an amazing time

This place is absolutely beautiful. The view over the pool overlooking the sea and Antiparos is something I will not soon forget. Arsenios was a great host. Gave a lot of recommendations for things to do and his local favorites. He was responsive late one night when I was trying to figure out an appliance. He even left some wine for us upon check in, which was definitely appreciated. The house itself is gorgeous and has everything you need to cook and relax. Unfortunately we were not able to use the grill due to the dry/windy weather, but that was more circumstantial than anything to do with the property. We really enjoyed Aliki village as well - the food and atmosphere were perfect for a relaxing three days. We didn’t want to leave! My main recommendation would be to rent a vehicle if you’re staying here. The town and local beach is walkable but it’s up a large hill and you’ll be able to navigate the island more easily. Thanks for a truly special stay!

Relaxation Villa.

Had a very enjoyable time at this Villa. The property owner was very accommodating with us, as we also had to stay an extra night because the ferries being shut down due to high winds. Thank you Arsenis for a very enjoyable and memorable experience.

Our stay in Aliki was a wonderful experience. The villa is beautiful, well appointed and private. The owner is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the nearby beaches and outstanding restaurants.

Fantastic stay in Aliki

This is a fantastic villa with great views, nice pool and a wonderful host. Arsenis was great and went out of his way to make sure everything was good. We really enjoyed our stay here and wish we could have booked for longer. The town of Aliki is great. Nice beaches in the area and great restaurants. Felt like we were not in a tourist area, but rather a village that feels real. If your going to Paros, this is a beautiful place.

Fantastic villa with beautiful views

We love our stay to this villa and certainly we will go back again soon . The villa has private pool and a gorgeous view to the sea is peaceful and just a few minutes from small nice beaches ,is totally new with all equipment that we need kitchen,barbecue and washing machine. We enjoy Aliki village and the beaches of the area the restaurants are really traditional and unique people are in this village . The owner from the beginning was one step in frond from our questions and always helpful and there for everything we asked . We will recommend this villa to all our friends for sure.

Magical, charming villa perfect for any holiday!

My husband and I stayed in this charming villa for a mini-honeymoon on Paros (we are 26 and 31). We had a wedding in Athens to attend, and only had time for a quick island stop after 4 days in Mykonos (for post-wedding celebrations) and chose Paros at random. Boy did we luck out. Not only is Paros incredible, but Alyki (where this villa is located) is amazing. Now to the villa. I cannot say enough wonderful things. I truly wanted to live here / stay here forever. The pool is fantastic in the morning for a swim with nearly 360 degree ocean views. There are small, isolated beaches only a stone's throw away. Everything is brand new and beautifully decorated. The master bedroom doors open up to give you a view of the ocean. It's a dream. Not only that, our host was fantastic. He personally met us in Alyki city center and then drove with us to the villa to show us around and give recommendations. If you are looking for a quiet, beautiful, restful relaxing stay this is your best bet. Also Paros is a gem. I would add some complaints, but really I have none. :) We were only here 3 days. I recommend staying in this villa for at least a week. You won't regret it. (PS we are from Los Angeles, USA and have been to Greece several times, never to Paros, and this stay was our favorite.)
