On a overall the stay was nice. Very clean. Staff was very friendly. Room missing tissue trash can liners but on overall it was and is a good place to stay

Beautiful lobby. Parking was oddly laid out and we saw many confused people driving in the wrong direction or getting stuck. Sometimes the gate was up, sometimes down. Staff was very responsive when we needed things, .. like soap and toilet paper. The room seemed clean, but It was as if the room cleaner had forgotten to restock. The pool and spa had been visited by many many children before we arivd. Butthat happens..

The staff was friendly and helpful however lack of breakfast options, parking was $14, no writing pen available in room- had to borrow from reception, no water bottles in room- had to buy a $3 water. Only reason to stay here is it’s close proximity to highway, but not worth the price.

Very nice hotel. Looks very impressive from the outside. Facilities inside were great. Plenty of space, very grand and elegant appearance. Great size pool. What I did not like was that the bathroom was poorly cleaned. You can tell that only some areas were wiped, and others around the mirror, the light fixtures, ceiling corners and such. Its a shame because it is a beautiful hotel!

Very very poor lighting in the room. Hair on the ceiling and very very uncomfortable beds. Property did not worth the hype and the pictures are overrated.

I am very familiar with this hotel. I worked next door for years. I have stayed in the hotel several times, even hosted my wedding reception here. While this hotel has much to offer in creature comforts (outstanding outdoor areas, splendid views), it lacks an appreciable service standard. Upon check-in there were no baggage carts available in the lobby. We waited near an hour to have a security person (not his job, but thanks to him) find one. I can understand charging guests for parking if the hotel would take responsibility for any damages to vehicles, but the $14, per night, is confiscatory. We booked a suite, and no bedding, toiletries or towels were available in the room. We had to ask at the desk for them. It then took three separate trips to get enough for our party. The staff are pleasant and friendly. They seem to be overwhelmed. I get that finding any help, let alone good help, is difficult. Certainly these days. However, for the cost of the suite, one should expect a higher level of attention.
