“The ice machine didn’t work. The bathroom lights didn’t work. There was only half a roll of TP in the bathroom. Lots of repairs needed to the whole property. Holes and stains in all the bedding. Holes and stains all over the walls.”

“Me and my family enjoyed our stay!! Will stay again!!!”

“This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Hallways flooded bugs everywhere, bed was horrible, sheets smelled like body order, absolutely no amenities,no ice machine. People arguing, police on the property. Smelled like marijuana. Do not stay here.”

“Had to put down $100 hold on room to make sure you didn't damage it. Found dead bug on floor. Room was okay. Can tell they are remodeling.”

“Close to the Knsas State Fair Grounds. This one night was perfect for economy. The manager was welcoming. And bed clean and comfy. The property is dated. The pool clean. Near by Burger place delivers. Thank you.”

There was a large open hole in the hallway exposing piping (might explain why there was no water to the bathtub) When there is a notice posted by the front door "requiring all Law Enforcement to check-in with the office before contacting residents" - it's not……

“Great experience all around.”
