Amazing location! So central and a walk away from everywhere you need to see! Staff were super helpful from reception through to the breakfast buffet! Room was spacious and had all the amenities ready! Breakfast was great and had everything. Bar was great with spectacular views.. definitely recommend.

Overall is a great stay. Hotel location is especially good. The only thing I hope would be better is the air conditioning, we caught the heatwave, and the air conditioning didn’t work the second night.

Room was clean but small by North American standards. Staff was helpful. Hotel was close to Plaza Major. However, it could be noisy sometimes in the evenings or wee mornings because of nearby restaurants and people in the street. This may bother light sleepers.
