Bad staff behaviour
Under rated room
Lizards and cockroaches in the room essentially one with pool access
Don't get scammed by good pictures !
I checked in for 4 hours (booked for 3 days) and check out in 4 hours. The staff have zero courtesy and remorse rather said ' SORRY CANT HELP IT , IF You don't LIKE DONT COME BACK AGAIN' feel pity on shareholders of hotel due some bad staff , especially lady at reception (night shift) short height with spectacles. Worst……

“On the last night, your staff were rude and unfriendly to my girlfriend; she felt disrespected and was left in tears in our room. I wanted to lodge a complaint, but there was no manager on duty, and I was unable to find one to speak to before I checked out the next day. I will not be returning.”

“Nice hotel, very near to Central mall and night market. Staffs are friendly and helpful.
However, it’s a bit inconvenient that only Android phones can be connected to TV, not for iPhones.
Also, the sauna and jacuzzi close too early 😅”
