  • Charming cozy 1 bedroom, with murphy bed in dining kitchen area, bathroom has a bidet, Located in the forest area on edge of Payson AZ. Walking distance to East Verde River. Beautiful views of redrock formations. Property is in a quiet friendly community. You will be close to amenities in Payson at the same time you are enjoying peace and quiet of a secluded area. The night time view of the stars are breath taking. Come enjoy our part of the world. Maximum stay 2 weeks.

Great little place that was perfect for what I needed on my solo getaway. Great location with quick access to a lot of hiking and it was nice and quiet and dark, great for a little astrophotography, with good access to the sky.

Amazing views from every outdoor space. The river is beautiful & the neighborhood charming & walkable. The cozy cottage has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We loved the electric fireplace for ambiance and the hot tub was great after a day of hiking. The host is communicative and respectful. I will definitely be back!

The cozy cottage was a wonderful little place. I stayed for business and found it was a peaceful place to wind down from a very long day at work. The surroundings were beautiful and I saw a herd of elk driving into town one evening. Verla was an amazing host. I absolutely loved the fresh eggs!

Perfect Getaway

We had a wonderful time at the cozy cabin. My wife and I stayed there in June for our anniversary and it was the perfect getaway. The home was cozy and welcoming and communication with the owners was pleasant and speedy. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay.

Great Cozy Cottage

The little details were very welcoming... chocolates on our pillows, popcorn while enjoying a movie and coffee pods for the morning. The cottage is in a quiet neighborhood and is very relaxing.
