The from was recently redone, nice however upon checking in after 230 pm, the desk clerk said “ I am going to upgrade you to a larger room so you don’t have to wait for your room to be done” OK, funny since it was pretty late afternoon and the hotel wasn’t even 50percent full, got to the very nice room. 1st floor in a back corner and street level with our view of the passerby’s not 20 feet from our windows. A bit uncomfortable to me as anyone looking our way could easily see in. Curtains closed while in the room, not relaxing! Television didn’t work well, audio was staccato due to poor internet, new drain in shower clogs, room key stopped working, had to wait a few hours for a new one since the front desk clerk was having a horrible time with internet and his password, he was really trying and getting nowhere, as beautifully redone rooms
Are, not a 5 or 4 star hotel. The hot tub and pool were very good, staff were nice, maid not observant - never refilled empty coffee bags. Had to go to front desk for one and he had to dig through drawers to find one. Is it management? Training? Could be both!
