Staff very friendly. Spacious room. Great view. Our room was not cleaned everday, don't know if they were too busy. We did get service when we asked.

We travelled in April 2025 as a family of four with a 10- and 12-year-old and stayed for 10 days. Pros: The location was excellent, with a Walmart very close by for easy shopping. The room was dated but very clean. The resort had many pools on site, and we never had trouble finding shade or lounge chairs. Being right on the water was a highlight and we were able to watch both the Disney and Universal fireworks every night from the resort. We even spotted an alligator one day, which we believe was relocated since we never saw it again. Cons: The waterpark is not included. After purchasing a three-day pass, we later found out that half of it was closed for 2 out of 3 of those days. We also enjoy long walks, but the walking paths were not very enjoyable due to constant golf cart traffic. Ordering food from the bar was difficult, and when we did order, it took over an hour to receive our food. After that experience, we stopped ordering food there and cooked our own meals in the room instead. Overall: Despite a few downsides, it was a great trip and we enjoyed our stay.
