The cabin was clean and well equipped, the beds were comfortable, the backyard light was great at night! The kids enjoyed roasting marshmallows and keeping warm around the fire pit. The owner Aaron was courteous and responded to our text messages right away. We loved the direct water access to the lake and the beautiful reflections of the lights on it at night. Cabin was quiet, shower was great and ac worked perfect. Backyard had a dock for fishing and kayaking. Great place to enjoy the outdoors. A few things to note for the next guests: Smart tv had a very hard time with internet services (not a big deal unless you need cartoons for the little ones), blinds for back door is broken and could be an issue for privacy. They left a message for detailed cleaning instructions before we left and there was a cleaning fee already billed during booking. Loved being able to put kayaks in right at the property. We stayed on a Wednesday/Thursday so it was probably quieter than it might be on a weekend. The only noise came from vehicles driving down the road crossing the lake but it did not bother us.
