Everyone was very nice. Our room was comfortable. The carpet in our room had some older stains on it, but the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was nice, but breakfast was a little disappointing. We were there for the sites, and it gave us a comfortable clean place to rest at night. We would stay there again.

We had some minor little bugs by our bed, some were dead and alive. They were NOT bedbugs. It wasn't such an issue that we complained, but it did make us take pause for a moment. The pool was a little murky and did not look very clean and fresh, which deterred me from swimming. The hot tub was great. There is a deep step down that other guests may need to be made aware of when entering or exiting or perhaps a step stool can be placed nearby for use. Overall the staff and facility were great and...

This place is amazing. We stayed in Love Potion #9 room. It was cozy and clean with a very comfortable bed and had a small balcony overlooking the lake. The grounds look like a botanical garden. The free breakfast (8-9:30) was fantastic. Great place for a romantic getaway just 10 minutes from downtown Hot Springs. We liked it so much we booked an extra night. Do yourself a favor a book a room here!

I had to travel to Hot Springs Arkansas to get my Passport and decided to stay at The Reserve, what a GREAT decision. Mark, Rhonda and everyone else were wonderful and so very helpful. The other reviews about the Breakfast were not lying, probably the best “hotel” breakfast ever!
