The home is close to iconic spots inside the community, but also has easy access to the Highway 1 gate making the other gems of the Monterey peninsula from Point Lobos to Carmel-by-the-Sea all less than 15 mins away.
The meticulously cared for home is designed with thoughtfully curated, high-end furnishings in each room. Upon entering, you’ll find a spacious living and dining area that can each seat 10 people along with a fully-stocked, large galley kitchen with bar top and breakfast nook seating that can fit an additional 7 people with ease.
Outside, the expansive upper and lower level decks span across the entire backside of the home and are adorned with ambient string lights to create a magical atmosphere in the evenings. These decks offer plenty of space for outdoor dining, lounging, or simply soaking in the peaceful surroundings.
All three bedrooms, full bathrooms, and two queen-sized sleeper sofas are located downstairs with the primary bedroom on one side of the home and the remaining two bedrooms on the other, offering privacy within large groups.
The primary bedroom and bathroom is decorated in a berry color scheme with glamour in mind from it’s Chanel prints to ritzy metallic wall pieces and chandeliers. It has a California King sized bed + queen size sofa bed at the front along with French doors that open up to hanging egg chairs - a perfect spot to take in the fresh air from the breathtaking forest every morning.
The second and third bedrooms each have queen sized beds. One is Boho chic with neutral bedding, rattan accents, and deck access. The other is golf-themed and decorated with shades of green with an abundance of natural light.
The downstairs living room has the second sleeper sofa and can double as a workspace, extra bedroom, or second hangout spot depending on your needs.

We went all out on aesthetics above all to offer a true luxury experience. Please be mindful of bringing food near the white sofas to keep the house in pristine condition for the next guest.
Sedans or vehicles low to the ground vehicles must be parked in the parking space in front of the home and not be driven onto the driveway to avoid damaging the front bumper.
Outdoor deck string lights must be unplugged every night so neighbors are not disturbed
