“La habitacion muy bonita y cuidada”

“Nous ne sommes restés qu'une seule nuit. La chambre était un peu petite mais bien équipée et nous avons bien eu les 3 lits séparés qui était une exigence de notre part. Nous avons été très bien accueillis. Nous n'avons pas dîner à l'hôtel (peut être aurions nous dû!!) et le petit-déjeuner était tout à fait satisfaisant.”

After parking and walking around the perimeter of the lodge, we found a keypad which rang into the host of the property. The host was relaxed and laid-back, which spoke to the location of our stay; Can Bassa is tucked 25-minutes outside of Girona, with no local amenities (gas, grocery, food) accessible. “Disappointing and misleading experience I understand the credit may have been outside the official policy, but the way it was handled was very frustrating. I had to leave one night early and asked at reception whether the unused night could be credited. The person at the desk told me it would be credited, but later the hotel denied the credit through Expedia. If the answer was no, they should have said that clearly at the time. Being told one thing in person and then having the request denied……
