“The air conditioning had been broken for more than 2 weeks, the carpets in the hallways were filthy, and the drain in the shower smelled like there was a dead animal. They gave me a fan for my room and told me to keep the patio doors open. I am a woman traveling alone. I checked out after 4 hours and went to another hotel. The Hotel Santana-Amazing!!”

“Wir waren hier für einen Zwischenstopp für eine Nacht. Das Hotel ist praktikabel und hat für uns keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Zum Restaurant und Frühstück können wir nichts sagen. Das Hotel ist außen frisch renoviert und hat pro Zimmer einen kleinen Balkon. Der Innenbereich wurde jedoch noch nicht renoviert. Die Zimmer sind sehr spartanisch eingerichtet. Leider ist das Hotel sehr hellhörig und am Morgen hört man die verschiedenen Zimmertüren.”

“Es war alles wirklich wie auf den Bildern. Hier und da kleine Schönheitsmängel die aber nicht den Aufenthalt gestört haben. Was man auf Dauer verbessern könnte wäre eine Klimaanlage,da es nachts wirklich noch warm war und man aufgrund paar Mücken nicht die Fenster geöffnet lassen kann. Die Aussicht auf das Gebirge war mein persönliches Highlight. Einfach im Pool liegen und den Berg gegenüber anschauen. Ein Traum!”

“Olga was very kind and helpful and gave us good suggestions for things around town. The beds were extraordinarily comfortable. I wish someone had suggested we hike the nature trail heading north --- we did a quick run thru just before we left, and it is wonderful. Our stay in a castle (?fort? ?convent?) was wonderful. Lovely, peaceful and relaxing.”

“Great location and amenities!! Most staff friendly but bar and cleaning staff less friendly. Raised a concern with front desk and nothing was done about it. Loved the pool and access to ocean. Food quality really good !”

“冲着RCR设计的酒窖而去，住了两晚三卧独立度假屋。酒窖真的很美，光影与色彩，环境的和谐度令人惊叹，值得专程而去(就是酒店导游的英语有点儿听不懂，哈哈）。三卧独立度假屋也深得朋友们的喜爱，青绿的山坡围抱，面对一片葡萄园，远处蔚蓝的地中海在干净明媚的阳光中熠熠生辉。独立屋里的设施很好，客厅厨房都很大，大家觉得只待两晚完全不够啊哈哈。早餐也是实诚到一大早就给了很多西班牙火腿和冷肉。晚餐可以去外面超市（车程15分钟）买回来自己做，也可以去酒店主楼的米其林推荐餐厅尝尝加泰罗尼亚乡村菜，好吃而且量大，就这样的早餐和晚餐两天已经吃胖。周边特别值得推荐的是coast bravo 海岸线上的植物园（罗奇角）以及真心不想推荐的私藏美景-calallel小镇，惊艳到只能耿直地说太美。”

“Friendly and welcoming staff who speak good English and were quick to respond via message prior to our stay. Great location and plenty of nearby free parking. The room was stylish however not much space for luggage/items. Although the room came with a kettle and pod espresso machine, it was disappointing that the coffee pods were not replenished, and even the cups and sauces were not replaced after being clearly used. Also, although the air conditioning was great, a fridge would have been……

El desayuno exquisito, con detalles propios de la zona como la torta de queso que resulta un premio al paladar. Alrededores de campiña rural con jardinería de clase. Realmente un paraíso!”
